For all new clients please arrive to your appointment with bare nails. If you arrive with a set from another salon your appointment you will be charged $30 for a removal service. 48 hours prior to your appointment you will receive a new client form you will need to complete and agree to the terms of Skin Halcyon.
Builder In A Bottle, aka BIAB are a range of soak off gel builders ideal for creating strong overlays and as a strengthening barrier for natural nails. All of our products are only high quality including The Gel Bottle Inc.
On bare nails. Not including infills. Appointment time 45-60 minutes. Russian manicure using both E-File and Hand Files in the service.
Biab infills only. Appointment time 60-90 minutes. Russian manicure using both E-File and Hand Files in the service.
After 4 infill appointments Skin Halcyon reserves the right for clients to book a removal service and receive a new set to ensure the health of the client's natural nail.

Health and Safety
Skin Halcyon does not provide nail services on clients under the age of 18.
No children, friends, partners, another companion allowed in clinic. This is to ensure no distractions occur and your nails are properly attended to. Appointment times range from 1 hour to 2 hours, dependent on nail length, design, condition of nails. Nail art requests may be denied if there is a time constraint if you did not book the service as an add on. To ensure we provide our best work we take the time to provide an excelled service.
Maintenance
If a nail is lifting or chipping within 3 days of your initial appointment please contact Skin Halcyon and our next available appointment we will fix it free of charge. Please provide us with photos of the broken or lifted nail. After 3 days a fee of $5 incurs per nail. Please be cautious of looking after your nails (cleaning, exercise, work etc). Skin Halcyon always provides aftercare instructions at your appointment and a take home cuticle oil to hydrate your nails.
Eftpos surcharges may apply. All of our BIAB products are The Gel Bottle Inc. Our nail table includes an exhaust fan that traps and filters out 99% of dust and vapours. You will receive a confirmation text 48 hours prior to your booking. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, we do ask that you please give us 48 hours notice to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given you will unfortunately be asked to pay a cancellation fee to cover your appointed time slot. We do not offer refunds.
