Booking and/or receiving a procedure/treatment

If you book and/or receive a procedure/treatment from Skin Halcyon, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of Skin Halcyon's terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not understand and accept Skin Halcyon's Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy, do not book and/or receive a procedure/treatment from Skin Halcyon. A $100 booking deposit is required in advance for all procedure/treatment bookings. If you require any assistance to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact one of our staff members who will be more than willing to assist you.

Payment

Skin Halcyon requires full payment of your procedure/treatment immediately after or before your procedure/treatment. Payment can be made by Cash, EFTPOS, Bank Transfer. If full payment is not made in accordance with our terms and conditions, Skin Halcyon reserves the right to pursue you for payment of our fees, outlays, interest and costs associated with recovering such amounts.

Appointment Cancellation / Appointment Rescheduling 

Skin Halcyon requires a minimum of 24 hours appointment cancellation notice or appointment rescheduling notice prior to your appointment. Patient’s who cancel or change their appointment with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit their booking deposit.

Right to refuse 

Skin Halcyon's staff reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion, in accordance with relevant legislation and guidelines.

Consultation 

Skin Halcyon's medical practitioners reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client.

Sales/Promotions issued or advertised by Skin Halcyon

Not in conjunction with any other offer. Pre-payment/purchase is required. Treatment/procedure packages are not able to be split between more than one person or transferred to another.

Treatments/procedure and service packages are not transferable to other individuals.

Promotional pricing not applicable for existing bookings and will only apply to new bookings made and paid during the promotion period.

Offer is for a limited time only and is subject to availability. 

Skin Halcyon reserves the right to end a sale/promotion or amend pricing at any time without prior notification or advertisement. Promotion pricing applies to specified procedures/treatments only. 

Skin Halcyon's medical practitioners reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client and to refuse treatment for the client if deemed not suitable. This decision is to be made by the Skin Halcyon medical practitioner at their absolute discretion.
